Experience the Everest Base Camp trek. A 21-day guided expedition in Nepal with porter support, Sherpa culture, and full safety at altitude.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Everest Base Camp trek is your opportunity to experience one of the most exciting and meaningful journeys of your life. This ancient route takes you deep into Sagarmatha National Park, where you’ll walk through picturesque valleys, glacial lakes, and trails shaped by ancient Buddhist monasteries and prayer flags.
Over 21 days, you’ll be surrounded by the giants of the Himalaya — Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Everest — guided every step of the way by our professional team from Argentina and the unmatched warmth of the local Sherpa community.
This is not just about the mountain, but about the cultural and personal transformation that unfolds with every step.
This is a demanding expedition, designed for people with excellent aerobic fitness, strong mental resilience, and a true team spirit. Throughout the Himalayan itinerary, we’ll cover more than 140 kilometers in total. To help you prepare, here are some of the key efforts: - Day 5: 8.7 km with 1,260 m of elevation gain hiking to Phakding - Day 6: 11.3 km with 830 m of elevation gain ascending to Namche Bazaar - Following days: daily hikes of 5 to 8 hours, gradually gaining altitude to ensure proper acclimatization - Day 12 (Base Camp): 15 km of sustained trekking across glacial terrain above 5,100 m - Day 13 (Kala Patthar): 14 km with 900 m of elevation gain, pushing your limits to reach 5,650 m It’s important to understand that the main challenge of this journey is the accumulation of fatigue and adapting to extreme altitude over two continuous weeks. The great advantage: porter service for your gear (up to 10 kg) is included, so you’ll hike each day carrying only a light daypack. To ensure proper rest, accommodation varies depending on the environment: - In Kathmandu: comfortable urban hotels with full services - In the mountains: traditional Nepalese lodges (tea houses), with beds and a heated common dining area where we share meals and warmth (hot showers in the mountains are available at an extra cost, paid directly at each lodge) Far from traditional tourism, this experience offers a deep immersion into Sherpa culture — because some sacred places can only be reached on foot, and some landscapes can only be found at the roof of the world.

A spectacular experience; we were always well-advised by Manuel, who fostered a climate of cordiality and camaraderie throughout the entire group. DEEPLY GRATEFUL.
They took us to Everest Base Camp, but they brought us back with larger souls. Laughter, tears, games, dancing at 5,200 meters (17,060 ft), and so much heart. With immense professionalism, warmth, camaraderie, and the patience of Tibetan monks—the adventure was ours, but without you, it wouldn't have been possible! Thank you for letting Nepal settle into our souls. And a special thanks to Manu, a great guide, but above all, a great person! We would choose you a thousand times over!
Everest Base Camp 2025: of all my travels, this one undoubtedly left the deepest mark on me—an experience I will carry in my suitcase of memories forever. The kindness, composure, great vibes, and professionalism shown by Manu and Kiran are the reasons we are still reminiscing today, counting down the days until our next adventure. Go Mons!
IN ACTION
Of course! You can join any of our scheduled dates. We keep our groups small to ensure a more personal experience, with a strong focus on safety and group connection.
Our groups are usually made up of solo travelers, friends, and couples. If you’re looking for something more private or can’t find a date that works for you, get in touch and we can design a custom experience so your group can explore the mountains at your own pace.
Yes — food won’t be something you need to worry about. Preparing inclusive meals is an important part of what we do. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, even in the middle of the mountains.
We just ask that you let us know in advance when booking, so we can plan everything carefully and make sure your meals are properly organized.
It’s simple. First, send us a message on WhatsApp at +54 9 3512 11-3842 to check availability for your preferred date. Then, you secure your spot with a deposit.
From there, we take care of all the logistics. You just fill out your medical form, pack your backpack, and get ready for the experience.
We recommend this activity for people between 18 and 70 years old. If minors join, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who will be accountable for their conduct.
The Everest Base Camp trek reaches elevations above 5,000 meters and involves at least 14 days of trekking, making it a demanding challenge. During the expedition, you’ll gain between 300 and 700 meters in altitude each day.
Starting from Lukla at 2,840 meters, you’ll hike all the way to the base of the highest mountain in the world, above 5,000 meters. For this reason, a solid base level of fitness is essential.
You’ll hike an average of around six hours per day. The itinerary includes areas affected by landslides, steep trails, and challenging terrain. Ascents can be demanding, and glacier sections add extra difficulty to the trek.
Crossing glacial terrain requires caution, but you’ll always be accompanied by our guides, who will support you every step of the way.
Flights to Lukla operate with small aircraft, with a maximum allowance of 15 kg per person, including both checked luggage and carry-on.
You should aim to limit your gear to no more than 10 kg. It is sometimes possible to pay an additional fee for extra weight, but this is not guaranteed and depends on available space.
Yes. You’ll be undertaking a physically demanding activity at altitudes above 5,000 meters, so staying well hydrated is essential throughout the expedition.
We recommend drinking around 3.5 liters per day. The better hydrated you are, the better your body will cope with both the cold and the altitude.
No, the experience is not cancelled due to bad weather. Keep in mind that weather in the Himalaya—especially at higher elevations—is highly variable.
You may encounter extreme cold, rain, and even snow in the upper sections of the trek. It’s essential to be prepared for changing and unpredictable conditions. Even if you’re trekking during the summer season, we strongly recommend bringing extra layers and proper weather protection.
In the lower sections of the route—such as Lukla, Phakding, Monjo, and Namche Bazaar—some lodges offer Wi-Fi (often for an additional fee).
We recommend purchasing prepaid SIM cards from NTC or NCell. Coverage can be intermittent at higher altitudes, but it works in many areas.
If you need more reliable connectivity, Everest Link Wi-Fi cards are the best option. This network works across most villages along the route, including Gorakshep and Gokyo, and even parts of the Cho La Pass trek.
If you only need occasional access (like checking emails), a local SIM card will be sufficient.
Because this is one of the most breathtaking journeys in the world.
This iconic trek takes you through traditional Sherpa communities, crossing diverse landscapes and ecosystems. Along the way, you’ll be surrounded by some of the highest mountains on Earth—Cho Oyu (8,153 m), Everest (8,848 m), Gyachung Kang (7,922 m), Makalu, and Lhotse (8,501 m).
You’ll travel through the heart of the region, including Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), experiencing not only extraordinary landscapes but also a deep cultural connection with the Himalaya.
Our focus isn’t on performance, but on creating a real mountain experience — a chance to disconnect from the city while still enjoying a high level of service in a remote setting.
- Small groups: We keep things relaxed, so you can enjoy the trail, take a breath, and connect with the group.
- Inclusive meals: We take care of all the food. Full board is included, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available, even in the mountains.
- Mountain hut stay: We sleep in mountain huts. Facilities are simple compared to the city, but it’s the perfect place to rest and share the day.
- Everything taken care of: You just pack your backpack — we handle the logistics and safety.
