Experience the legendary Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. A 21-day expedition with porter support, Argentine and Nepalese guides, and the crossing of the Thorong La Pass at 5,416 m.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Annapurna Circuit is one of the most beautiful and complete trekking routes in the world. It’s a unique experience that takes you across the vast Annapurna Massif, surrounded by sacred peaks rising above 8,000 meters, such as Manaslu and Dhaulagiri.
Over 21 days, you won’t just hike incredible trails — you’ll experience the striking contrast of the Himalaya: from subtropical valleys and villages with Tibetan-influenced architecture to the immensity of high altitude as you cross the iconic Thorong La Pass (5,416 m).
This is a journey where ancient culture, spirituality, and physical challenge come together with every step.
This is a demanding expedition, requiring excellent aerobic fitness, strong endurance, and a solid mental attitude to sustain multiple consecutive days of trekking at altitude. Throughout the itinerary, we’ll cover more than 115 kilometers in total. To help you understand the effort involved, here are some of the key stages: - Day 6: 24 km with 710 m of elevation gain to Chame, requiring 7 to 8 hours of sustained trekking - Day 7: 14 km with 630 m of elevation gain ascending to Pisang over 5 to 6 hours - Day 9: 19 km with 340 m of elevation gain along the high route to Manang, over 6 to 7 hours - Days 11 & 12: shorter stages of 9 to 10 km, but significantly more demanding due to altitude above 4,000 m - Day 13: the ultimate challenge — 16 km including a 900 m ascent above 5,000 m, followed by a demanding 1,700 m descent to Muktinath over 7 to 8 hours - Day 14: 23 km of descent, losing 900 m of elevation over 7 to 8 hours The main challenge lies in accumulated fatigue and adapting to reduced oxygen levels. The great advantage: porter service for your gear (up to 10 kg) is included, allowing you to enjoy these landscapes carrying only a light daypack with water and essential layers. To ensure proper rest in these conditions, accommodation is as follows: - In Kathmandu and Pokhara: comfortable urban hotels with full services - During the trek: traditional Nepalese tea houses, offering simple beds and a heated common dining area where we share meals (hot showers are available at an extra cost, paid locally at each lodge) Far from traditional tourism, this experience offers a deep immersion into Himalayan culture — because some horizons can only be reached on foot, and some sacred mountain passes can only be found in Nepal.
Meeting at Ezeiza Airport and international flight to Kathmandu (via Delhi or Dubai, depending on the airline itinerary).
International flight to Kathmandu (via Delhi or Dubai, depending on the airline itinerary).
Arrival in Nepal’s vibrant capital. Our team will meet the group at the airport and provide a private transfer to the hotel to rest after the long journey.
A perfect day to explore the city, take in the cultural contrast, finalize logistics, and prepare your gear for the mountains.
We leave Kathmandu and travel by vehicle through the winding valleys of Nepal to Dharapani (1,960 m), where we spend our first night in a traditional lodge.
Distance: 24 km | Elevation: +710 m We begin trekking. The trail takes us through villages with Tibetan-influenced architecture and along the Marsyangdi River. As we gain altitude, we catch our first views of the impressive Manaslu (8,163 m).
Distance: 14 km | Elevation: +630 m We continue through pine forests and rocky cliffs. The mountains begin to reveal their full presence as we reach Pisang (3,200 m), a village perched on the hillside with outstanding views of Annapurna II.
We enter one of the most beautiful sections of the circuit. Crossing small high-altitude villages that act as natural viewpoints over the Himalayan giants, we gradually approach the Manang Valley.
We continue along the high route, passing through Ghyaru and Ngawal. Views of Annapurna II, III, IV, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak accompany us throughout the journey to Manang (3,540 m).
A key day for the success of the crossing. We take a gentle walk around the village and its surroundings, immersing ourselves in the local culture while allowing the body to adapt to the altitude.
Distance: 10 km | Elevation: +510 m We continue the journey, ascending gradually. Crossing small settlements and wooden bridges over glacial streams, we reach Yak Kharka (4,050 m) in the afternoon.
Distance: 9 km | Elevation: +400 m A short but crucial day. We ascend steadily, crossing the Marsyangdi River toward Ledar and continuing on to Thorong Phedi (4,450 m), the last stop before the high pass.
Distance: 16 km | Elevation: +900 m / -1,700 m The most demanding day of the expedition. We start very early in the morning to ascend to one of the highest trekking passes in the world (5,416 m). After celebrating the achievement among prayer flags, we begin a long and steep descent to the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath (3,760 m).
Distance: 23 km | Elevation: -900 m We visit the temple in the morning and continue descending through the arid landscapes of the Mustang region, following the Kali Gandaki River until reaching Jomsom (2,800 m).
We complete the trekking stage. Leaving the high Himalaya behind, we transfer (usually by local flight or ground transport, depending on weather conditions) to the beautiful city of Pokhara (827 m), where we enjoy warmer weather, hot showers, and well-deserved rest by the lake.
After breakfast, we begin the long and scenic journey back to Kathmandu, arriving in the afternoon.
Time to fully experience the culture, visit ancient stupas, explore Thamel for souvenirs, and enjoy our final group dinner.
We continue exploring the spiritual and architectural richness of the Kathmandu Valley.
Final free day for shopping, resting, and preparing for the journey home.
Transfer to the international airport and departure on the first leg of the return flight.
Arrival in Argentina and end of services of an expedition that stays with you forever.
Of course! You can join any of our scheduled dates. We keep our groups small to ensure a more personal experience, with a strong focus on safety and group connection.
Our groups are usually made up of solo travelers, friends, and couples. If you’re looking for something more private or can’t find a date that works for you, get in touch and we can design a custom experience so your group can explore the mountains at your own pace.
Yes — food won’t be something you need to worry about. Preparing inclusive meals is an important part of what we do. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, even in the middle of the mountains.
We just ask that you let us know in advance when booking, so we can plan everything carefully and make sure your meals are properly organized.

From there, we take care of all the logistics. You just fill out your medical form, pack your backpack, and get ready for the experience.
We recommend this activity for people between 18 and 70 years old. If minors join, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who will be accountable for their conduct.
The Annapurna Circuit trek includes sections above 5,000 meters and requires at least 12 days of trekking, making it a demanding challenge. During the expedition, you’ll gain between 300 and 700 meters in altitude each day.
Starting from Dharapani (1,960 m), you’ll hike all the way to the Thorong La Pass, above 5,000 meters. For this reason, a solid base level of fitness is essential.
You’ll hike an average of around six hours per day. The itinerary includes areas affected by landslides, steep trails, and challenging terrain. Ascents can be demanding, but you’ll always be accompanied by our guides, who will support you throughout the journey.
The route involves long trekking days with steep ascents at high altitude. Maintaining good overall health and physical condition is essential.
We recommend regular training to improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
Yes. You’ll be undertaking a physically demanding activity at altitudes above 5,000 meters, so staying well hydrated is essential throughout the expedition.
We recommend drinking around 3.5 liters per day. The better hydrated you are, the better your body will cope with both the cold and the altitude.
No, the experience is not cancelled due to bad weather. Keep in mind that weather in the Himalaya—especially at higher elevations—is highly variable.
You may encounter extreme cold, rain, and even snow in the upper sections of the trek. It’s essential to be prepared for changing and unpredictable conditions. Even if you’re trekking during the summer season, we strongly recommend bringing extra layers and proper weather protection.
In the lower sections of the route, some hotels offer free Wi-Fi, although most charge a fee. We recommend purchasing prepaid SIM cards from NTC or NCell.
Coverage can be intermittent at higher altitudes, but it works in many areas. If you need to stay in touch with family, friends, or work, Everest Link Wi-Fi cards are the best option. This is a single network that works across most villages and along a large part of the trek.
If you only need occasional access, such as checking emails, a local SIM card (NCell or NTC) will be sufficient.
Because this is one of the most breathtaking journeys in the world.
This iconic trek takes you through traditional Sherpa communities, crossing diverse landscapes and ecosystems. Along the way, you’ll be surrounded by some of the highest mountains on Earth—Cho Oyu (8,153 m), Everest (8,848 m), Gyachung Kang (7,922 m), Makalu, and Lhotse (8,501 m).
You’ll travel through the heart of the region, including Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), experiencing not only extraordinary landscapes but also a deep cultural connection with the Himalaya.
Our focus isn’t on performance, but on creating a real mountain experience — a chance to disconnect from the city while still enjoying a high level of service in a remote setting.
